The Principality of Monaco has attracted lawyers and expatriates from around the world. It is one of the safest countries, with practically zero tax for residents. We started to work operate with this jurisdiction more than 10 years ago, within the framework of the legal cooperation programme for the three countries in the region : of Italy, France and Monaco. The participating lawyers experienced firsthand the beauty of the Côte d’Azur while receiving lots of useful information about laws and regulations, taxes and business planning in Monaco, France and Italy.
